Prior to forming Madison Avenue Capital, we spent 25 years sourcing, acquiring and asset managing high quality, institutional grade real estate investments from a single investments of less than $10 million up to portfolios of more than $500 million in value.  It is this long term involvement and exposure to best in class real estate investments that uniquely positions Madison Avenue Capital to understand and adapt to the constantly changing capital markets.  This flexibility affords us the ability to be creative and responsive.
