Our core disciplines include direct equity placement, development funding, financing and asset management.  The investments have been both single tenant (net lease office, industrial and retail assets) and multi-tenant (office, industrial and retail).  Assets acquired have been core, value add, value creation, development and reposition properties.  Prior to forming Madison Avenue Capital, we have been involved in the acquisition, development, asset management, financing and disposition of commercial real estate accounting for more than $2 billion in investment activity in 30+ states.
